Background

HEADS is a licensed non-profit organization registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 with SECP (since August 2025) and under the Societies Act 1860 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (since August 2013). It is PCP-certified, tax-exempt under Section 2(36) of the Income Tax Ordinance, and accredited by NDRMF.
