Ba-Ikhtyar, meaning “empowered”, is a vocational training implemented by HEADS and funded by PPAF, designed to build economic independence among women in District Chitral. Through a one-month training in tailoring, stitching, and fashion designing.
50 women from deserving families gained practical, market-ready skills at a local vocational training center. Each participant received a formal certificate upon completion, opening doors to home-based enterprise and sustainable income generation.
