This project aims to empower women in the communities surrounding Cherat Cement Factory by equipping them with marketable skills in tailoring and embroidery. It involves mobilizing the community, selecting suitable trainees, and conducting certified training sessions in collaboration with the Skills Development Board. The project also includes orientation on digital and local marketing, regular monitoring, and close coordination with Cherat Cement Company staff to ensure effective implementation and long-term impact.

Project Objectives:

• The main goal of this collaboration is to enhance and empower the community residing in the vicinity of the Cherat Cement Factory, with a focus on women.
• Recognizing the pivotal role of women in social well-being, the plan is designed to provide them with skill training opportunities.

Key Activities:

• Community mobilization and formation
• Identification and selection of trainees
• Organizing and facilitation of six 960 months two (2) number of training in Tailoring and Embroidery
• Monitoring and supervision of the training
• Coordination and collaboration with the relevant staff of the Cherat Cement Company Pvt.
• Orientation of the trainees on the marketing skills (Digital and Local Marketing)
• Certification of the training from Skills Development Board
